UI refresh -UI-Checkbox selection is not behaving properly

1. Login as Partner
2. Select company
3. Search Employee
4. Go to benadmin module
5. Click on manage benefit description
6. Click on add new
7. Select any form
8. add form click on add button
9. Select multiple checkbox

Click on Spell checker or Attach link
Actual result : Multiple checkbox are not getting selected,onle one checkbox getting selected
Expected Result :Multiple checkbox should get selected
