Provided with the ideal user to replicate same settings for all other employees of Wheaton
Verified the discrepancies salved by Dev team. Below issue is still not fixed.
We have found 1 discrepancy in the employee SSM pages after data reset.
Below 2 plans are already enrolled for most of the employees.

analysis done for Request timed out errors & implemented solutions which were helpful in removing the Request timed out errors.
