actual result - takes two click to open add spouse page (This is intermittent issue), Also happening for edit button too
expected result - Should open with first click

I had reported issues NF-4964 but it is duplicate of this issue (NF=4884).
We were able to reproduce this issue frequently.
Performance testing script recording is blocked due to this issue. Please look into this issue on priority.
