Scenario: Self Server Mode

Steps To Execute:
1. Login to the Company using existing employee
2. Complete the details on 'Agreement Acceptance' page and click on Continue
3. From the details on 'Demographics' page and click on 'Save and Continue'
4. when the Spouse page loads completely soon click on 'Add Dependent' button, fill in the details ans click on 'Save and continue' button
5. From the 'Child' Page, click on 'Add Dependent' button

Actual Result:
From the Child button, when clicked on 'Add Dependent' button, user remains on the same page with no New child addition fields below the 'Add Dependent' button, also the additional button 'Back' and 'Continue' gets removed from the page after clicking on the 'Add Dependent' button

when clicked on 'Add Dependent' button, fields related to new child addition gets displayed below 'Add Dependent' button.
