      Replication Steps :
      1) Partner Login
      2) Navigate to Payroll Schedule Page
      3) Edit / Add Payroll Schedule

      Issue : Custom PayCycle Field is always displayed. Ideally it should display only ' Custom ' Pay Frequency Selected
