UI Refresh -> Form builder ->On click of cancel button form is saving

Replication steps:
1)Login with partner
2)Search and select "UiRefresh_DC_QA_13554" company
3)BenAdmin-> Manage Form-> Form builder-> Select any for Enroll now,Confirmation statement,Demographics
4)Enter details-> Click on cancel button
5)Form is saving with entered details and showing saved successfully pop
Expected Result : System should not save form on click of cancel button
Actual Result : On click of cancel button form is saving
