1] Access the tour details page using below URL:

2] Assign Onboard and Onboard Second tour.
3] Try to assign same tours again by clicking "Assign Tour" button.
Actual Result:
Sometimes nothing happens after clicking on "Assign Tour" button, and sometimes it shows proper validation message. We try to find out exact repro steps for this issue, but it seems this issue get repro randomly.

There are no exact repro steps for this issue. We will verify whether it is reproducible on Stage, for now we are marking it as Ready for Stage.

This issue is not reproducible on Stage. We are deploying all Bullhorn changes to Production in this week after deploying them to Production we will again check this issue. Marking this issue as "Production Deployment on Hold"
