1] Login to Bullhorn site.
2] Add a candidate with Country and State.
3] Try to add this candidate to workterra using below URL:

Actual Result:
"Parameter value for State does not match to any valid Country-State record" message displaying and candidate not getting added to WT.
Expected Result:
Candidate should be get added to WT.

Concern:Candidate from bullhorn with "State" value is not getting added to Workterra
Cause: In WT system,US states are saved in Postal Abbreviated,where as State name was coming from bullhorn.Validation check was failing resulting in error.
Correction: API call is given to bullhorn to fetch postal Abbreviation from state name.

Correction : API call is given to bullhorn to fetch postal Abbreviation from state name. Verified the fix on Local (wt-stage), now candidate with State getting added successfully to WT. We can move fix to Stage.
