      Description

      Replication Steps :

      1) Partner Login
      2) Navigate to Payroll Schedule Page
      3) Add New Payroll Schedule.

      Issue : Payroll End Month and Payroll End Day are populated as Jan 1 . Ideally it should be populated as Dec 31.
