Replication Steps :
1) Partner Login
2) Navigate to Credit Pool Page
3) Navigate to Eligibility Criteria tab
4) Select Rule - Waive , Waive Amount Calculation - Flat Amount - and Enter amount as 100
5) Save Record.
Issue : Amount textbox is not Displayed

Issue is reproducible... i have verified it...
Enter amount for any rules like Enrollment or waive, waive, enrollments then click on update/save it is updated or saved successfully. When again open the same rule and select like Enrollment or waive, waive, enrollments the amount text box shown blank.

Issue is reproducible... i have verified it...

Same issue present for ' Enrollment or Waive' Rule
