      Browser - Chrome, IE, Mozilla firefox
      Login -Partner

      Replication steps:
      1)Login with partner
      2)Global setting -> User access policy
      3)Select preview popup
      4)open BenAdmin curtain, global setting observe that pages are not scrooling
