      Login:SA
      Company: UiRefresh QA Test1
      browser:chrome and IE11

      1.Login as SA
      2.Home->Company Home
      3.Benadmin->Plan comparison builder
      4.click on eligibility rule
      5.Do not enter criteria rule
      6.click on save

      Actual result: field name is "criteria condition" and error message displayed as "Criteria rule must be required".
      Expected result: Field name should be "criteria rule"
