      Replication steps:
      1) Login with Partner
      2) Search and select company
      3) Add change benefit
      4)Select Health care spending account
      5)Select contact tab add data and save
      6)check in view plan summary

      Actual : Contact filed not added in view plan summary

      Expected : Contact must be added in view plan summary
