      Description

      Tier Combination already exists Message gets displayed even when clicked on Cancel, Reset , Clone From Library , Delete buttons

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Add Details which are already added in the list (Ex.: Employee and abbrevation as EE and selet EE tier)
      2) Click any of the above listed buttons

      Result : Tier Combination already exists message displayed

      Expected Result : This message should be displayed only when click on Add button and nowhere else
