This issue is observed in Employee and admin login.
Text formatting of all the help/instruction text should be uniform. It is observed that, the formatting is different in below cases :
1. In Help text Title, italic formatting used in some place. And in some places, plane text displayed.
2. Different fonts are visible in help body text
Please compare with I-9 form PDF.

Verified on LB using company long. Above issue is not completely resolved yet. Help Text Title is still Italic for the field first 'First Name:'
