            NF-2066, NF-2048 are generic issue and will get resolved with other issues.

            NF-2048 - not due to W4 form, it is due to some test data added in Document Sub Type dropdown.

            As above mentioned issues can not be resolved now, making ready for stage after discussion with Hrishikesh and developer.

            Verified on Stage using company Long for HSPL. JIRA NF-2066 and NF-2048 should be resolved before deploying in Production.

            As per discussion with Satya, Rakesh, Nidhi and Swapnil, Chhaya is creating new JIRA for UI refresh and making this JIRA ready for Production though two issues are open and with developers.

            Verified on Production using company long for HSPL. W4 Form Log in View History is correctly listed. Issue open for print output. JIRA NF-2066 and JIRA NF-2048 are open. Hence after discussion, not closing on production.
