TSR Integration->Classes & Payroll->Today's date is not considered as valid effective date.

1] Login to the application as a partner.
2] Click on "Assign Classes & Payroll" tile.
3] Check checkbox infront of any employee.
4] Select classes from the dropdowns.
5] Select today's date as a effective date.
5] Click on "Apply" button.

Actual Result:
Validation message is displaying "Effective date can not be older date." and changes are not get saved.
Expected Result:
Today's date should be considered as valid effective date.
