Validation Message is not showing on Confirm PIN page.

Environment:Azure
Employee Login
Username: 7000763
Password:Apple$1234 (Change if it is required)
Company: UiRefresh QA Test 1

Replication Steps:
1) Login with employee credentials
2) Start with self serve mode.
3) Continue till confirm PIN page
4) Enter PIN detail in enter field (for e.g: 789321)
5) Enter confirm detail in confirm field (for e.g.: 789321)
7) Click on save and continue button

Actual: It is not showing validation popup message
Expected: It should show validation pop up message.
