Incorrect Payroll displayed on enrollnow screen

Server - LB

Pre-requisite - Import employee via API (bydefault it's parollschedule is Bi-weekly)

Employee- Stuart Lloyd Jr. 300000175

Step:-
1.Login to applciation using partner credential
2.Select company
3.Click on Apply classes and Payroll Schedule
4.Seacrh employee
5.Apply classes with no effective date
6.Set effective date of class from Change classes page set (01/01/2017)
7.Now back to Apply classes and Payroll Schedule
8.Select Payroll - Weekly from Payroll drop down , select same employee and Set effective date is- NO
9.Now navigate to Enroll Now screen

Actual - It show's rate as per Bi-Weekly

Expected - Rate should be weekly
