Incorrect format for Date of Employment

Server - LB

Pre-requisite - Import employee via API (bydefault it's parollschedule is Bi-weekly)

Employee- Williams Stuart 600000176

Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Select company
3.Click on Apply classes and Payroll Schedule
4.Searh employee
5.Apply classes with no effective date
6.Set effective date of class from Change classes page set (01/01/2017)
7.Now back to Apply classes and Payroll Schedule

Actual - Employee date of employment is 01/05/2017

Expected - Employee date of employment should be 05/01/2017
