Employee did not get enrolled into Core plan

Server - LB

Employee - Jerry Drube 300000223

Plan Name - Core Plan For Class D

Step:-
1.Import employee via API
2.Login to application using partner credential
3.Click on Apply classes and Payroll Schedule
4.Select class which we have to set for employee
5.Search employee and select same
6.Click on Apply
7.Navigate to employee's enroll now screen

Actual - EE did not enrolled into core plan

Expected - It should enrolled into core plan
