      Description

      Issue : Health Tier Labels Getting saved without Adding it

      Steps to Regenerate

      1. Add Relevant Health Tier Label and Abbreviation
      2. Select Tier
      3. Click on 'Save' button directly (PLEASE DON'T CLICK ON ADD BUTTON)

      Result: Confirmation messages Health tier Label Updated Successfully and Health tier Label Added Successfully getting displayed and health tier label gets added into the system without clicking on Add button
