Application display middle name is blank in view history

Server - LB

Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Add new employee (Keep middle name blank)
3.Now log out
4.Login with EE credential
5.In tour - update middle name with "M"
6.Log out from application
7.Log in with Partner credential
8.Search employee
9.Navigate to employee view history > Select I9 section I

Actual - Middle Name/Initial '' was changed to 'M' message displayed in view history
Email Address '' was changed to 'aa@ad.com'.

Expected - Middle Name/Initial was nothing changed to 'M'
Email Address was nothing changed to 'aa@ad.com'.
