Application display middle name , Other Last Name is blank in view history

Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Add new employee (Keep middle name blank)
3.Now log out
4.Login with EE credential
5.In tour - 1.update middle name From"M" to nothing 2.Other Last Name "MM" to Blank
6.Log out from application
7.Log in with Partner credential
8.Search employee
9.Navigate to employee view history > Select I9 section I

Actual - Middle Name/Initial 'M' was changed to ''.
Other Last Name 'MM' was changed to ''.
Email Address 'test@test.com' was changed to ''.

Expected - Middle Name/Initial 'M' was changed to nothing.
Other Last Name 'MM' was changed to "N/A"
Email Address 'test@test.com' was changed to nothing
