4.Check in View history
5.Log out from application
6.Log in with partner
7.Navigate to Employee View history
8.History displayed - I9 Second Preparer Information was inserted.
9.Log out from partner profile.
10.Log in with employee
11.Change prepare from 2 to 1

Actual - Application did not enter updated information

Expected - I9 Second Prepare Information was changed to nothing.
