1.Login to application using Employee credential
2.Submit I9 using Tour
3.Select Two prepare and submit
4.Check in View history
5.Log out from application
6.Log in with partner
7.Navigate to Employee View history
8.History displayed - I9 Second Preparer Information was inserted.
9.Log out from partner profile.
10.Log in with employee
11.Select "I did not use a preparer" option

Actual - No entry added in view history

Expected - There should be trac in view history
