      Description

      SA Login - Azure - UIRefresh QA Test1 - FormBuilder

      In Form Builder, While Editing or Creating a new form, if user select Supervisor Approval check box, popup 'Supervisor Approval Level Settings' opens. In this popup, user is not able to set Admin/Partner/Broker for Level 1 to Level 4.
