Incorrect description for issuing authority in section-2

Step:-
1.Login to application using employee credential
2.Fill I9 form
3.Log out from application
4.Log in with partner
5.Fill section 2 and submit
6.In view history - It display section 2 inserted
4.Now change Issuing Authority and submit

Actual - List B Issuing Authority Was set to 'ID card issued by federal, state or local government agencies '.

Expected - It should be- List B Issuing Authority Was "XYZ" changed to 'ID card issued by federal, state or local government agencies '.
