Application does not change the status to Employer Verified

Company - City of Lake Worth For HSPL

Server - Stage

Step:-
1.Login to application using employee credential
2.Fill I9 form in tour and submit for employer review
3.log out from application
4.Login with Partner credential
5.Navigate to OnBoard > Manage I9 approval status
6.Search employee
7.Emp status - Pending for Employer Verification
8.Click on Action Icon
9.It open "Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification" pop up
10.Click on Approve

Actual - I9 Emp status does not change to Employer Verified

Expected - I9 status should change to Employer Verified
