      Description

      Company - City of Irvine for hspl
      Login - Partner
      Environment - Azure

      Replication steps :
      1)Login with partner
      2)Search and select company
      3)Company settings -> Manage Admin users -> Create Admin
      4)Click on Save -> Password confirmation page displays
      5)Observe that password confirmation page is now working and UI is not Proper

      Expected : On password confirmation page, system must save Partner password
