Precondition : Dental Plan is forced contingency [ Benefit Level ] on Medical Plan with Exact tier Match Up.
Replication Steps :
1) Employee Login
2) Navigate to Enroll Now Page
3) Enroll in to Medical Plan with tier EE + SP + CH. System will automatically enrolled in Dental Plan with tier EE + SP + CH
4) Select Dental Plan
Issue : User is able enrolled in Dental plan with different enrollment tier as compare to Medical Plan even though Dental Plan is having Exact Match Up

Please find the 3C's for the issue:
Concern : User is able enrolled in Dental plan with different enrollment tier as compare to Medical Plan even though Dental Plan is having Exact Match Up
Cause : Tier match up is not considered while enrolling with different tier for forced contingent plan, that's why it is allowing new enrollment with different tier. It is script issue skipping the tier check.
Correction : We have made script change for the same.
Please check once deployed on Azure platform.
