Partner login.
Company: UIRefresh QA Tese1 and UIRefresh QA Tese2

1] Log into the system using valid credentials
2] Search and select company
3] Click on Form Builder option from Benadmin section.
4] Click on Signature test from grid
5] add list button.
6] click on save button

Actual: Getting server error while click on save button.
Expected: It should save successfully

Note:1) For this issue not finding error log.
2) Due to this server issue unable to test Jira NF-1227
