El Dorado - Employee Functional The Medical, Dental and Vision are tier matched for El Dorado.  When I elected the medical, it correctly enrolled me in the same tier in Dental and Vision.  The problem is the system then allowed me to go into the Dental and Vision plans, change my tier and enroll in a different tier successfully.  Stage shows an error when you try to do so.
