CLONE - El Dorado - Employee Functional - tier match contingency issue

      Description

      El Dorado - Employee Functional The Medical, Dental and Vision are tier matched for El Dorado.  When I elected the medical, it correctly enrolled me in the same tier in Dental and Vision.  The problem is the system then allowed me to go into the Dental and Vision plans, change my tier and enroll in a different tier successfully.  Stage shows an error when you try to do so.

          Description El Dorado - evans5823 Employee Functional When I clicked on the reasons why I wasn't eligible for the Health Savings Account, it listed a bunch of Medical plans most of which I'm not even eligible for.  This should run through the eligibility engine to make sure it is only displaying the plans that I can enroll in that drives the contingency of the HSA.
