El Dorado - evans5823 Employee Functional After I went past the enrollment page, I was brought to the question on whether I'm enrolling or waiving (which is supposed to be in the front before the enrollment screen which I've addressed under a separate entry). But when I changed from A to B and then tried to go back, I received a server error and was stuck. I logged out and logged back in and received the same server error on the Enrollment page.
This is same as NF-2424. This is new change request.
Rakesh Roy:Please verify ,still server error exists on changing data of form.
Once done with testing ,assign it to Rohan.

Issue: Getting Server error after changing Enrollment selection and moving back to Enroll Now Page.
The issue of getting server error is verified and resolved on Azure. No server error appears after performing mentioned steps.
The issue is tested by mentioned employee and adding new employee. For both cases server error doesn't exists.

We have verified scenario on El Dorado company.
It is showing additional form at proper position. EnrollNow-Enrollment starts here is a enroll now page and not an additional form.
As we are showing all benefit type on single screen so it is showing enroll screen first and the additional form.
This is same scenario like WT-2424 which is change request.

This page is configured before starting of enrollment pages but still this page appears after enroll now pages.
This page drop down value drives no of benefits to show on Enroll Now screen. As this comes after enrollment due to that may be it facing issue. We need to correct self serve mode logic to put this page at proper position.
