There are two issues reported -
1) Issue of Plan eligible reason -
We have fixed Issue of Plan eligible reason. We have set Custom Scroll on UI so in case of many plans/Beneifts it will show fixed window and user need to scroll down to see all plans.

Please refer below screenshot for same -

2) Issue with Vision plan showed up when plan is not eligible -
This issue is Still Open.

Rohan J Khandave, Please check this issue. Vision plan is not eligible to employee but still it is showing to employee.

Hi Hrishikesh Deshpande,

We have checked 2nd scenario for the specified employee we found that employee is eligible for the Vision plan that's why it is showing vision plan.
Employee is only ineligible for plan once you set the Your enrollment selection to B.
