Application allow to save Passport number without Country of Issuance

      Description

      Company - City of Lake Worth
      Server - LB

      Step-
      1.Login to application using employee credential
      2.Navigate to OnBoard > My Profile > I9 form
      3.Select "An alien authorized to work" option
      4.Enter Passport number and don't select Country of Issuance.
      5.Fill other mandatory data and click on Save

      Actual - Application save the passport details

      Expected - Application should prompt alert message.

            We have regressed this issue on Stage and observed that issue does not exist. This issue keeping on hold as it is depend on NF-22

            Concern: I9 form not works
            Cause: Old I9 Changes failed due E-verify service expired.
            Correction: E-verify service upgraded

            Verified on Production using company Long for Hspl. Above issue is resolved now.
