Verified on LB using company city of lake worth. Below issues observed :

Issues observed while managing employees:
1. E-verify graphics and logo are overlapping the line. Those should be moved up. PFA 1.png
2. All fields are displayed onLoad, for section I. Here, related fields should be displayed after selecting options only. PFA 2.png
3. Field 'Reason for Return' is displayed for every employee. PFA 3.png
4. In section 2, under 'Issuing Authority' field, error message 'Please enter valid Zip Code' is displayed. PFA 4.png
5. Though mandatory fields are empty in section I, error message '...Can not be blank' not displayed for Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth fields on save button. PFA 5.png
6. Error messages remains even after changing values from dropdown. PFA 6.png
7. In section 2, under 'Card Number' field, error message 'Form I-94 Admission Number Invalid' is displayed. PFA 7.png

Issues observed in employee login:
8. Instruction text is missing for second option 'A noncitizen national of the United States (See instructions)'. PFA 8.png

Suggestion:
9. In employee login, Provide instruction text for all Radio options on user rollover/click, as it is given in PDF. This will be useful for employees.

As per discussion with SachinH, opened JIRA WT-7663 for UI issues.
From this JIRA, #2 and #3 are resolved. But, #1 and #4 are not resolved. Issues related to these points are are mentioned in JIRA WT-7663.

After discussion with SachinH, marking this onHold till the JIRA WT-7663 is fixed.

Verified #5 on LB using company city of lake worth. Opened JIRA WT-7733.

While testing #6, observed differences in PDF and the I-9 form in WT. As per Swapnil, these differences will be resolved after tomorrows patch so testing onhold now for #6 & #7. These would be tested after tomorrows patch.

Verified on Production using company EBS Exchange. All above points are verified and working as expected.
