Verified I-9 form in Employee/Admin/Partner/SA login on LB using company city of lake worth. Below issues observed :

Issues observed while managing employees in Admin/Partner/SA login:
1. E-verify graphics and logo are overlapping the line. Those should be moved up. PFA 1.png
2. All fields are displayed onLoad, for section I. Here, related fields should be displayed after selecting options only. PFA 2.png
3. Field 'Reason for Return' is displayed for every employee. PFA 3.png
4. In section 2, under 'Issuing Authority' field, error message 'Please enter valid Zip Code' is displayed. PFA 4.png
5. Though mandatory fields are empty in section I, error message '...Can not be blank' not displayed for Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth fields on save button. PFA 5.png
Similarly, error message not displayed on invalid input too. Eg. date fields in List B & C.
6. Error messages remains even after changing values from drop down. PFA 6.png
7. In section 2, under 'Card Number' field, error message 'Form I-94 Admission Number Invalid' is displayed. PFA 7.png

Issues observed in employee login:
8. Instruction text is missing for second option 'A noncitizen national of the United States (See instructions)'. PFA 8.png

Suggestion:
9. In employee login, Provide instruction text for all Radio options on user rollover/click, as it is given in PDF. This will be useful for employees.
