      Enviornment: Azure

      Log in as partner
      select UIRefresh QA Test2
      Select Flexible Spending Account plan
      edit any plan
      go to Cost and overages
      click on any exiting age wise coverage, observe UI
      actual result - UI is not proper. Title of field and value getting overlapped
      expected result - Title of field and value should not get overlapped
