Step To Re pro -
1.Login to application using Partner credential
2.Navigate OnBoard > I 9 approval status > Search employee
3.Click on Action icon
4.It open section 1
5.Click on Approve button
6.It open Review Initial Submission page
7.Click on Ok button
8.Enter back dated date
9.It prompt alert and click on Ok button
10.Now click on "Submit to Everify" button
Actual- Application accept back date as Expiration date
Expected - It should not accept back date

Concern: Date validation throughout page
Cause: dates were not validated
Correction: Validation added.
Verified on Production using company EBS Exchange. Above issue is produced for Section 3 with field 'Expiration Date (if any):' Here, if hire date than today selected in last month, does not give error message.

We have regressed this issue on Stage and observed that it does not exits.Hence marking ready for Production.This will move with
NF-22so keeping this ticket on hold.
