Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Select company
3.Add new employee with employment date - 01/01/2014
4.Terminate same employee with effective date - 01/01/2016
5.Rehire same employee with effective date - Today's date
6.Log out from application
7.Log into application using employee credential
8.Fill Section 1 and submit same
9.Log out
10.Log into application using Partner credential
11.Navigate to OnBorad > I9 approval status > Search employee
12.Click on Action icon
13.Verify section 1 and click on Approve
14.Section 2 get open
Actual - "Late and Duplicate Case Reasons" option display
Expected - It should start display after 3 days of Rehire

Can you please check this again and provide inputs?
Thanks We need to do below scenario for verification of Rehire employee
1.Search employee whose I9 form submitted to E-verify
2.Terminate same employee
3.Rehire with today's date
Check employer is able to fill Section 2 with continue reason.
As we are not working on onboard anymore, closing this JIRA.
