Blank value displaying in I9 section 1 view history

Company - Bellevue

EE - Paul Macdonald 300000286

Address , Zip and City fields value should be blank while adding employee.

Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Select company
3.Search employee and Submit I9
4.Navigate to demographics page
5.Update first/Last name
6.Now navigate to I9
7.Don't do any changes on I9 form
8.Now navigate to I9 Section 1 info (View History)

Actual - Application inserted blank value for below fields
Address Was set to ''. City or Town Was set to ''. Zip Code Was set to ''.
Expected - Eg - Address Was set to nothing.
