TSR->Already assigned tours should not be displayed for assignment on Manage Onboard Status page.

      Description

      When Assigning tour to employees already assign tour should not be displayed into dropdown list for next assignment of tour to employee on manage onboard status page.

            Hi Kunal Kedari

            Previously on manage onboard status page all tours are displyed into dropdownlist for tour assignment.Now Enhancement is done to show just non assign tours into dropdownlist.
            Already assigned and system eligible tours are not shown into dropdownlist for assignment.

            When all tours gets assigned to employee alert message is shown as below

            Verified change on Stage, working as expected. Already assigned tours are not displaying for assignment on Manage Onboard Status page. We can deploy change to Production.
