      1.Home->company home->Benadmin->Plan Comaprison Builder - Eligibility Popup
      2.In additional eligiblity criteria select any criteria field which have drop down ( such as gender and title)
      3.Observer UI.

      Actual result: UI is not proper. Field value blink below additional eligibility criteria.
      Expected result: UI should be proper.
