      1.Home->company home->Benadmin->Plan Comaprison Builder - Eligibility Popup
      2.add additional eligiblity criteria
      3.Do not select any additional eligibility criteria and click on delete.

      Actual result: Validation message and determine eligibilty using zipcode field title getting overlapped
      Expected result: Validation message and determine eligibilty using zipcode field title should not be overlapped.
