1] Login the application as a admin/partner. (LB wt-stage environment)
2] Navigate to Onboard->Manage Onboard Status page.
3] Try to assign tour to employee for which "Available tours are already assigned to the employee." message is displaying.
4] Now change the status of that employee. (e.g. change status from Active to COBRA or Active to Terminated)
5] Observed the tour available for assignment of that employee on Manage OnBoard Status page.

Actual Result:
Already assigned tours also displaying.
Expected Result:
Already assigned and system eligible tours should not be display.
