UIRefresh QA Test1 - SA Login - TourBuilder
In Tour builder, on 'Define Eligibility tab', in 'Additional Eligibility Criteria', scroll bar of 'Select Criteria field' not working. User can not scroll using the scrollbar.

Verified on Azure using company 'UiRefresh QA Test2'. Above issue is not resolved. User is not able to scroll in 'Select Criteria field' using scrollbars.

I have verified this issue on Azure for all browser. It is not re-producing, so I am rejecting this issue. Please find the attached screen shot of IE 11
