I9 - Employee - Employee's Section 1 details are not getting save.

Stage - LONG For HSPL

Step:-
1.Login to application using employee credential
2.Complete tour.
3.Now navigate to On Board > My Profile > I9-Form
4.Fill all non mandatory details
Below are the fields
Middle Name/Initial :
Other Names Used (if any):
Address (Street Number and Name):
Apt. Number:
City or Town:
Zip Code:
Telephone Number(Ten digits - No dashes or spaces):
5.Click on Save
6. Application display data saved successfully.
7.Again come to same page.

Actual- Application did not displayed above fields data

Expected - It should save and display above data
