Replication Steps :
1) Employee Login
2) Navigate up to Enroll Now Page
3) Fill one information form data and Enrolled / waived in plans.
4) Click on Continue button
5) Again re initiate OE Mode and click on Continue button till the Enroll Now Page
6) Click on Continue button on Enroll Now Page

It throws validation message like as 'Please enrolled or waive benefit type(s) and save all forms.' even though all data exist. User is navigate to next page only after saving additional form data [ Already Data saved during first time ] .

Ideally , We should display some intimation to save additional form data again.
